Workspace rules
Your plan and storage, the workspace currency, deleting conversations, hiding customers' phone numbers and who can manage webhooks.
Some settings apply to everyone in the workspace. They sit together in the Workspace card at the bottom of the Team tab in Settings.
Only the owner can change them. Admins see them but cannot change them.
Plan and storage
Plan shows your plan's name and what you use against its limits: Users, WhatsApp numbers, Chatbots, AI assistants and Broadcasts this month. A figure turns amber when you reach the limit. To change your plan or add users, numbers or storage, contact TicAte at support@ticate.com.
Storage shows how much space your pictures, files and voice notes take, sent and received. When it is almost full the bar turns red, and new attachments are refused once it is full.
Currency
Choose the Currency your deal values, pipeline totals and dashboard are shown in. New deals start in it. Deals already entered keep the currency they were saved with.
Allow deleting conversations
With Allow deleting conversations on, owners and admins get a Delete conversation option in the inbox. It removes the chat and its messages from the app, not from the customer's phone, and cannot be undone. Turn it off if no one should be able to delete chats.
Hide customers' phone numbers
Under Hide customers' phone numbers from, tick Admins, Self admins or Agents. People with those roles see numbers as "+91 •••••• 10" everywhere: the inbox, contacts, deals, broadcasts, orders and exports. They cannot change a customer's number or search by digits, but they can still chat, reply and send broadcasts.
The owner always sees numbers.
Who can manage webhooks
A webhook sends your customers' messages to another system, so you decide who may set one up. The owner always can. Tick Admins, and Self admins (only for the numbers they run) if you want them to as well. See API & webhooks.
