Find your way around
The menu on the left, its groups, and the buttons along the top of every page.
Every page has the same frame: the menu down the left and a bar along the top. Once you know these two, you can reach anything in a couple of clicks.
The menu on the left
The first group is the everyday work:
- Dashboard: today's numbers and recent activity.
- Inbox: every WhatsApp, Instagram and Messenger chat. A green dot beside it means there are unread chats.
- Comments: comments on your Instagram and Facebook posts.
- Contacts: your customers, their tags, fields and segments.
- Pipelines: deals you are tracking, stage by stage.
- Meetings: bookings made from a chat.
Then three labelled groups:
- AI: AI Assistants, which answer chats for you, and AI Tools, the things an assistant can do for a customer.
- Engagement: Broadcasts, Automations, Chatbots, Flows (forms inside WhatsApp), Catalog (products and orders) and Drive (files to send in chats).
- Setup: Integrations (other apps such as TicAte CRM or your online shop) and Channels (your WhatsApp numbers, Instagram accounts and Facebook pages).
Settings sits at the bottom: your profile, the team, tags, custom fields and quick replies.
What you see depends on your role. Integrations appears only for owners and admins, and AI Tools for owners, admins and self admins. A self admin may also see Webhooks under Setup if the owner allows it.
If you belong to more than one workspace, a switcher with the workspace's name sits at the top of the menu. Pick another workspace there to move to it.
The bar along the top
From left to right, after the page name:
- The name of your plan. When access ends soon it also shows the days left. Click it to open My plan, with your usage and the plans to compare.
- TicAte apps: the grid button, to switch to another TicAte app such as the CRM.
- The look and light or dark buttons, to change how the app looks.
- The bell: alerts for you, such as a new meeting or a reminder.
- Your picture, which opens the account menu.
The account menu
Click your picture at the top right, or your name at the bottom of the left menu:
- Profile opens your name, photo and password. See Your profile.
- Settings opens the settings pages.
- Sign out signs you out.
