Check a task's result before it counts as done
Ask to see the result of a task you set, then accept it or send it back.
When you hand work to someone, you may want to see the result before the task is closed. Turn on review and the task comes back to you when the other person finishes it. You then accept it, or send it back with a note.
Ask to review a task
- When you create the task, open More options and tick I accept the result.
- On a task that already exists, tick Creator accepts the result under Options in the panel on the right.
The task's header then shows creator reviews. Review only applies when someone other than the creator finishes the task. If you finish it yourself, it is simply done.
Finish a task that needs review
When you press Complete on such a task, a green box asks what came of it. Write a line or two about the result and press Send for review. The task moves to In review, and the person who set it gets a notification.
Accept or send back
Tasks waiting for you show under the Awaiting my review button on the Tasks page.
- Open the task. The top of the task says Waiting for you to check, with the result the other person wrote.
- Add A note (optional) if you want to say something.
- Press Accept to finish the task, or Send back to return it.

Accept marks the task Done. Send back puts it back to In progress for the responsible person. Either way they are told, and your note is added to the task's discussion.
