The four figures
- Open conversations: chats still in progress, across all your websites.
- Visitors (24h): people who visited in the last 24 hours.
- Chats started (24h): new conversations in the last 24 hours.
- Avg first response (24h): how long, on average, visitors waited for the first reply.
Visitors and Chats started compare themselves with the 24 hours before, and the line underneath shows the shape of the day. Click a figure to open the page behind it.

Everyone on your websites at this moment, with a speech bubble on anyone chatting. Point at someone to see the page they are on, or click Open rings for Live visitors.

New chats, closed chats and people who have just told you who they are, newest first.
