Live visitors
See everyone browsing your websites right now, sorted into hot, warm and cold, and who has just left.
Live visitors shows everyone on your websites at this moment. It updates by itself: people appear as they arrive and move to Recently left when they go.
At the top you see how many are on site now, and how many were seen in the last 30 minutes.
Rings
The rings place each visitor by how promising they look:
- Hot, in the middle: chatting now, or showing strong interest.
- Warm: worth a look.
- Cold, on the outside: just browsing.
A speech bubble on a visitor means they are chatting with your team. Point at a visitor to see the page they are on, and click them for their details. See Hot, warm and cold: the lead score.
List
Click the list button at the top right to see the same people as a list, with the page each one is on and a Reach out button. See Start a chat with a visitor.
Narrow it down
- All, Hot, Warm or Cold: show one group.
- With more than one website, All websites narrows the page to one of them, with how many people are on each.
Recently left
Recently left lists people who left in the last 30 minutes, so someone who has just gone is still in view for a while.
